​Q: Is there a waitlist for services?

A: Each therapy discipline has their own waitlist. Please call KidPower at (505)888-4469 to inquire about the waitlist.

Q: How frequent are therapy sessions? How long is a session?
​
A: The frequency and duration will be individualized based on patient needs. Typically sessions occur 1-2X a week. Occupational and physical therapy appointments are typically one hour. Speech therapy appointments range from thirty minutes to one hour. The appointment time and day of the week will be the same each week.

Q: Do I need to bring anything for my child's evaluation?
​
A: You do not need to bring anything, however you must fill out your child's paperwork through the Raintree patient portal before the evaluation.

Q: What to expect during your child's evaluation?
​
A: During an evaluation, there will be a standardized assessment, parent interview, and clinical observations. We expect caregivers to join for the full evaluation. Due to the nature of the evaluation process we schedule a two hour session. This will most likely be a different time and day than your weekly session time.

Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: Use Forgot Password button or call KidPower's front desk at 505-888-4469​
Q: Can I access the portal with my phone or mobile device?
A: Raintree works best with a computer or tablet. You can log into Raintree with your phone, but the mobile browser may not allow you to view reports.

Q: Can I access my child's evaluation on Raintree?
A: Log into Raintree Patient Portal. Click Records -> Health Records. Evaluation reports will be available to open and download.
